Double Happiness

Double Happiness (Shuang Xi).

This is one of the many patterns/words that was projected on the walls of the Singapore ArtScience Museum during the Light Show in March 2014.

ArtScience Museum from the top.

I happened to be at a very tall building just beside the ArtScience Museum.
I could not resist not taking a photo of it again. I took and posted a photo of it once here.

So that's where the lights are placed. It produces such a nice glow to the so called 'lotus' leaves.
Rainwater is harvested and channeled down the big 'sink plug' you see in the photo. Part of that water is used in their toilets.

I have not been in there, but I want to go there one of these days before the current exhibition ends.
I must make time to visit the Shipwrecked Tangs Treasures on display now. Must find out which credit card gives discount for the entrance ticket. ;-)

Singapore's Sydney Opera House miniature?

Singapore's version of Sydney Opera House?

I was holding my camera up and took a photo and when I saw the preview screen, I thought it looked a bit like the Sydney Opera House.

Ya, call me lame.

Singapore Sydney Opera House? LOL

The above is part of the MBS ArtScience Museum.
Can you spot which part of it I took?

Anyone gone inside? It is worth the ticket prices?
I wonder if there are any free days to go in.

The MBS ArtScience Museum

Took a photo of the newest Museum in town.
Photo of the MBS ArtScience Museum around 7:30 pm last Friday evening.

I am wondering how it looks inside. One of these days, I will go in and take a look.

I saw from an email flyer that if you use OCBC Bank Credit Cards to pay, you get 20% off admission fee. So find someone with an OCBC Card to pay for it first ;-)
