On the way there, I looked up and I suddenly wished I was staying there.
I wished someone would sponsor me a week's stay there. LOL
When you go on holiday, which hotel chain is your hotel chain or choice?
I used to stay loyal to hotel chains, but nowadays, I just book the ones that offers the overall best deal.
Do you realise something? If you book a cheapo no name hotel, wifi is usually provided free or charge. But if you book those high end hotels, you have to pay for wifi and it does not come cheap.

I like the Accor Group, it's quite well spread out across the world :)
Decent hotels too, like Novotel, Sofitel and M Gallery. More affordable than the Sheratons and St Regis on Starwood Preferred Guest.
My last trip to Paris, I stayed in two Accor Group hotels!
Yup, I found them affordable and quite decent.
I used to love Hilton because I had their gold card and was always upgraded to Exec Floor. I did not stay enough and that privilege was taken away. LOL
Well, the WiFi thing makes sense. If you're staying at a Sheraton, you're probably there for business, need the internet anyways, and your company will pay for it. If you're at a Best Western, you're there on leisure, the money comes out of your own pocket, so the only way people will use the internet access is if it's free.
