I saw the latest advert by the Singapore Navy and I thought I should take a photo of it!
Part of the advert was 3D!



The rocket blasted off!
Somehow it makes a career with the Navy so cool!

Gingerbread House Shop

I was attending a wedding at Pan Pacific and saw this after the dinner!
It's a huge Gingerbread House!



Everyone was posing together with the drummer boy.




I could not resist not taking a photo of it, so here it is!



I am sure you wan to see the cookies up close!
They are cookies, but not sure if they are edible after being used to make the house.



Doesn't it look so so so delicious?

Musical Instruments Lights

A few more days to Christmas and you can see tourist and locals shopping in Singapore.

The lady on the most left looks intrigued by the horn.
The two young girls love the horn too.

The two ladies on the right, are glad to be happy after shopping.
The lady on the right must be texting her latest buy to someone or maybe updating her facebook status.



The baby sure looks happy sleeping while their parents and grandparents are happily taking photographs.

The ION Orchard Christmas Tree

The ION Orchard Christmas Tree!
About a month or so ago, I posted the tree 'planting' in progress here.



Not sure when it was completed, but everyone seems to be excited about this tree.
Like in previous years,  you get to go inside the tree and get mesmerized by lights!

Probably the only tree along Orchard Road where you can walk inside.



You listen to Christmas carols being played inside and watch the lights blink inside!
Hypnotic!

Liat Tower Anti-flood Barrier

I finally got to see how the Liat Tower anti-flood barrier looks like!



It looks more like a covered drain!
It's not raining or flooding, so I don't get to see it in action.

Sesame Street at the Malls

It's the school holidays and all the different malls have activities of kids.
At one of the malls, Sesame Street has been 'built'!



The guy in red and white above can be quite entertaining!



It's not only these kids that enjoyed themselves. Their parents too!

Did you notice there's a girl in the crowd that seems to be wearing Snow White's costume? Looks like  it ya?

Legend of the Seas

I was onboard this cruise Legend of the Seas by Royal Caribbean for the whole week.
The ship docked at 7am this morning and I was one of the early ones to get off the ship.



It's not that I can't wait to get off the cruise. I had to get back to office!

I am running out of leave and did not apply for leave. It's good that I had a good night sleep on the cruise and could get back to work on the same day!

More recycled sculpture at Sentosa

I prefer yesterday's sculpture. It is easy to understand and admire. This one is a bit confusing.



I thought it looks like a rat with many tails. But it's not. It's suppose to represent Mother Earth. Hmmm….

Recycled Sculptures at Sentosa

One of the many sculptures I saw when I was at Sentosa Island recently. Recycled materials have been used to create this! I think it is really nice!

5 Person and 1 Dog

Every now and then you see interesting or funny signs around. Goods van have to display how many people it is licensed to carry in the vehicle and the maximum speed it can travel at.



Looks like our friend here have included a 1 Dog sign as well.

Jumping on to a cruise!

Guess where I am today? It's the 6th of December and I am going on a cruise!
It's all thanks to Royal Caribbean Asia and omy.sg.

Green Changi Airport

I have always admired the flowers and plants they have in Changi Airport to make the airport such a nice place to be at. I have also wondered how they water them!



Aha! I finally saw how they do it! They have a big container of water on a trolley and a human waters them!

Christmas Mood on Singapore Airlines Flight

I was on a Singapore Airlines flight from Hong Kong to Singapore recently and noticed that they have put up Christmas decorations in the cabin!



On the LCD Screen on the plane, you can see the timing of the city it flies from and the city it is flying to. Do you know that current Singapore Time is not on the correct time zone?

Singapore is on Daylight Savings mode 24x7.

Old School Coffee Shop

Folks nowadays prefer coffee from Starbucks, Coffee Bean and the likes.
I happened to walk past Amoy Street area and saw the old school coffee shop still around!



I wonder if this shop has been there since the building was built. If you are a coffee drinker, which kind of coffee do you prefer? The old school coffee or the new trendy coffee?
