DP Monthly Theme Photo for June 2008

It's the City Daily Photo Theme Day again. The theme this month is "No" sign.

This sign has no "No" word on it, but looking at the sign, you know what it tells you to do. Signs can tell so much, even for people who cannot read.

Join the rest of my fellow Daily Photo bloggers around the world. Check out how they interpret the theme. Photos might display at different time of the day depending on their time zone.

It does look like a rather cute fence.

Watching this scene, I had a big "NO" in my mind! Excellent pick!

Sometimes I don't, sometimes I do said...

I like the way they've given a reason for their 'NO'!

Hey, does that mean I can go UNDER the fence? ;^) That's a new international symbol to me, Keropok Man. I think its very clever, and a great unique post for our theme.

I love that some people need to be told in big letters and pictures to not do something that is patently stupid!

Hi Keropak,

The bees are back in Brookville, Ohio. I hope for the rest of the year at least. I even got one on my Better Blog Writing post today. LOL

I see you found an adorable No sign for our July Theme Day. Safety first.

Isn't it almost funny to think of adult people scurrying around their communities taking pictures of signs. And if somebody had asked what that is all about and you said a sign with "no" on it, they might... well. It is kind of funny.

Wah that's a giant leaf! Or is it? Where did you take this photo? Bukit Timah?

Thats one of the funniest I have seen. You could take that so many ways.

That one is good enough for me to take seriously!

That doesn't look like a fence that I would want to climb. It would be bad to get stuck halfway over!!

No problem, I've got the message!

Excellent choice and great photo!

Happy Theme Day!

That looks rather painful; I'd certainly take the "no" advice! Great photo for theme day!

You don't get much clearer than that! Wether you read the sign or look at the picture, you get the point!

Happy Theme Day :)

My legs are too short to disobey that sign - it would hurt too much even before I got to the dangerous part!
