It has been raining and raining...

It has been raining almost non stop again this starting this week.

While going out for lunch, I took this.

It's not a waterfall, but water at a drain. The drain has multiple layers, not sure if you can notice the other 'waterfalls' higher up. haha...

the photograph is superb, very beautiful prospect, a form of infinite in this water fall.

Looks like you and your loved ones had a fantastic Christmas, Keropok Man!! So what's a little bit of rain, eh? (OK, this is a lot...)

Did you walk along the back alley to capture this ? :)
But it is a very unusual shot. Cascading drains ? Errr...maybe new good fengshui ?

It may be tiresome, but you got a photo that shows interesting textures. Nice!

This is an interesting photo, Keropok Man. You've taken something ordinary and made it seem quite noteworthy.

Here's a wish for some sunshine soon.

Beauty in the oddest places. Including a longkang. But all sama sama juga.

To answer the question you asked in a comment at Hyde DP; in the UK January 1st is a Bank Holiday [i.e. official holiday]. In Scotland [but not England, Wales & Northern Ireland] January 2nd is also a Bank Holiday. The Scots celebrate Hogmanay and probably need a whole day to recover!

olivier, merci for the comments.

meg, the rain has brought floods to many parts of Singapore and Southern Malaysia. sigh...

tigerfish, i didn't break my back taking it. Hmmm good for fengshui? LOL

Kate, it's not tiresome. I was running out of picture to take. It was raining and did not want to go out in the rain too much.

Annie, yes, may the sun shine on us!

Thanks Gerald. We have 1 Jan as New Year's holiday every year, but no such things as bank holidays.
