I am told that the peacock is the national bird of India. In a few days time, some people in Singapore will celebrate Deepavali - which is regarded as one of the most important festival of the Hindu calendar.
I nearly miss seeing this, but caught my eye when i saw the flowers! ;-)

Beautiful and creative with lights and flowers. Is that a part of Deepavali decoration?
In 2006 also, when I visited Singapore, the Little India rad till Mustafa was decorated with lights and peacock decorations.
What a lot of work that must have taken to create.
