The Ikea Sale

Sis and I were at Ikea last nite and I took this shot.
We bought some things for our home. Yes, things are on sale, but not the things that we wanted to get. arrghh..

Oh ya, the Ikea sales end 12 August.

Do you have an Ikea near your home?

tampines dweller here, enough said, hehe.

That's the common reaction to sales: there's frankly nothing you would want to get, but wth, it's a sale, just go grab something~! :P

The nearest Ikea to my house is 1/2 an hour journey there. It's worth the trip there though because there are lots of interesting stuff on the way.

Only 1 ikea in Malaysia, at Damansara. Not fair for people who stay in other states la... Hope it open like Carrefour or Tesco everywhere.

No, we don't, and I'm after a paper (??) measuring tape they supposedly give away, too. Oh well, the next time I travel to any big city overseas.....

There are not IKEA stores in NYC but there is an outlet in Long Island and one in Elizabeth, NJ. The IKEA in NJ runs a free bus shuttle from Manhattan to the store but it's a hassle to cart things back on the bus.

Yes, there is one in a suburb of Seattle. We also had one near our Berkeley, CA home. This is a wonderful shot, very abstract and creative. Kudos!
