How much is parking rates in your city?

This is the sign indicating the parking hours and rates in the CBD. Usually in the city centre, the rates are $1 for every half an hour for public parking spaces. Elsewhere it is $0.50 for half an hour.

I dont pay for parking. Why? Because I don't drive that's why. haha...
How much is parking in your city? I remember when we visited our sis in London, we paid 6 pounds for half an hour! goodness!

In Nashville, you can pay anywhere from $1 per hour to $2 for 20 minutes. The rate depends on where you park, whether there is anything going on in the city at the time you're parking, etc. Sometimes you can pay a flat rate of $5-15.

In the Miri, we have parking coupons that come in half-hour, 2-4 hours, or whole day. They cost between RM0.50 to RM5 (approximate prices).

I'm not a big fan of the parking coupon system though... it is a huge waste of paper.

I'm in love with any place that has decent public transport. It's the greatest invention of man. A system that lets you travel from point A to point B, make you exercise by walking from station to destination and gives you time to read/chill/listen to music? Genius!

je ne connais pas le prix des parkings à Evry, j'ai l'avantage d'avoir un parking privé, et en plus au centre ville , il y a le centre commercial avec un enorme parking gratuit

I do not know the price of the carparks with Evry, I have the advantage of having a private carpark, and in more in the centre town, there is the shopping centre with an enormous free carpark

You need one of those little Smart cars cause you could park it almost anywhere. Nice shot of the parking fees.

In NYC (midtown Manhattan), it costs about $12/hour and $40/day at most garages.

Thank goodness I don't have a car.

Around here it gets crazy: anywhere between $1 and $40 per hour, depending on location, time of the day and day of the week. :(
