What are your thoughts on the $23.50 chicken rice at the Mandarin Hotel Chatterbox restaurant? Apparently if you order $8000 plus worth of chicken rice (about 350 packets), they will deliver them for free. I think I'd rather just buy the 3 ringgit chicken rice or SGD2 chicken rice from the market.
